Fernando has a depth of knowledge in Municipal, Real Estate, Expropriation and Land Use Planning law, having spent two decades both in the private and public sectors practicing. His passion for planning law also reflects both his desire to preserve our natural and built heritage while looking to the future in facilitating innovative developments for developers and other interested parties. Fernando is known for his practical advice, having extensive experience in both law and the business of land development.
Fernando has been active in the communities he has served in, including being past president of Childreach in London Ontario, as well as the Chelsea Green Home Society, a not for profit housing organization with over 500 units either built or subsidized under multiple federal, provincial and municipal programs.
In his spare time Fernando can be found with his family enjoying kayaking, canoeing, rowing, skiing and hiking.
